These plain-language terms describe the current SweepSeek request and matching service. They should be reviewed by Maine counsel before payment processing launches.

Request a cleaningMarketplace relationship
SweepSeek connects customers with independent cleaning businesses. Professionals are not SweepSeek employees and control their rates, availability, methods, supplies, and acceptance of work.
Requests and bookings
A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when SweepSeek and the selected professional confirm the date, window, scope, and price.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling more than 24 hours before an appointment are free. Once payment processing launches, cancellations inside 24 hours and lockouts may incur a 50% fee disclosed before confirmation.
Satisfaction promise
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours. The standard remedy is a re-clean of affected areas within seven days. Damage claims are handled separately and may be directed to the professional’s insurer.
Acceptable use
Customers must provide accurate property, access, safety, pet, and scope information. Harassment, unsafe conditions, illegal requests, and off-platform payment circumvention are prohibited.
