What happens next
We’ll review the concern and arrange the re-clean with the same professional or another available professional.
Timing and scope
Tell us within 24 hours of completion. The free re-clean covers missed work within the agreed scope. New tasks, damage claims, undisclosed conditions, and later reports are reviewed separately.
