Contact information, property and access details, cleaning preferences, communications, booking history, uploaded documents, and service photos. Payment information will be handled by Stripe when payments launch; SweepSeek will not store raw card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to match requests, coordinate appointments, communicate updates, maintain safety and compliance records, resolve concerns, and improve the service.
How information is shared
Relevant booking details are shared with the selected professional. Full addresses and access notes are withheld until needed for the appointment. Service providers may process email, text, storage, hosting, and payment data on our behalf.
